Michelle worked as the Office Administrator at Firor & Company CPAs and is excited to be continuing in that role at Monarch Tax & Advisory. Michelle does it all, from billing to bookkeeping. It’s her lovely voice you’re likely to first encounter when you call the office. A lifelong Colorado resident, when not at work Michelle likes to explore her creative side and enjoy her friends, family, and adorable dogs.

Bonnie worked as an Enrolled Agent at Firor & Company CPAs for close to 20 years, and is happy to be continuing in that role with Monarch Tax & Advisory. Bonnie’s experience with tax preparation and IRS coordination is highly valued. Her accounting degree was earned at Metropolitan State University. Bonnie’s family has roots in Colorado dating back to the 18th century. In her downtime, Bonnie can be found in her garden or taking in the fresh mountain air.

Marion worked as a CPA at Firor & Company CPAs and is excited to continue in that role at Monarch Tax & Advisory. She has spent half of her life in Colorado, with a long detour working in public accounting in NYC and NJ. Marion is a proud member of the Colorado Society of CPAs and earned her accounting degree from Fort Lewis College. When her nose is not deep in the tax code, Marion enjoys exploring the Denver theater scene and caring for her diverse pets.

Will is a staff accountant at Monarch Tax & Advisory. His previous experience includes time as an investment advisor specializing in 401k accounts. His finance degree is from the University of Northern Colorado. As a lifelong Colorado resident, Will enjoys golfing, skiing, fishing, and hiking, along with following his favorite podcasts.

Heather joins our team as Office Manager, striving to keep things operating smoothly inside the office for the benefit of all Monarch Tax & Advisory’s clients. Her background ranges from accounting to property management, with a short stint as a high school teacher. Her degree in education is from Arizona State University. When she escapes the office she loves to play games, complete puzzles, hike, and read.
