Our first wave of tax organizers will arrive in your inbox the week of January 20th. This year, we’re offering a digital version that:

• Provides a clear checklist of documents
• Asks relevant questions to prevent surprises
• Lets you securely upload all your tax info

If you’d rather stick with paper, let us know, and we’ll send you a traditional organizer. We want you to use whichever method makes your life easier.

We’ve learned from past seasons that a wave of last-minute returns creates unnecessary stress and increases costs for everyone. To avoid that, we’re:

• Limiting the number of returns prepared each week
• Offering spots on a first-come, first-served basis
• Requiring you to submit documents by the Friday before your chosen start week

If you suspect any document will arrive late, please call us. We’re flexible when we have a heads-up—what we can’t manage well is a last-minute pile-up. Timely scheduling and document submission ensures we can deliver the quality work you expect.

👉 Important Deadlines

We’re dedicating the first two weeks of April to finalizing returns that are already in process, so we won’t begin any new returns at that time. If you already know you’ll need an extension, please let us know sooner rather than later. This way, we can plan effectively and minimize stress for all.
